As Founder & President of Palladium Point, my background in recruitment spans nearly 15 years. After spending years recruiting elite talent to Lockton Companies, the world's largest independent insurance brokerage, and enabling industry leading growth, I sought out an opportunity to establish my own firm.

The approach and mindset to recruitment & talent acquisition within the insurance industry has felt stale and outdated, so we decided it was time to do something about it. We imagined what it would feel like if industry professionals and high-performing brokerages could count on a search firm to bring a modern approach, new ideas and fresh perspectives to recruiting, all while feeling collaborative, human, and intentional.

Before moving into insurance, I became a top performer in technology consulting serving global and mid-market organizations on challenging recruitment initiatives. I'm a proud alum of the University of Missouri where I earned a B.A. in Psychology and Business.

Outside of the business world, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, trying to improve my golf game, personal development, reading, listening to music/reminiscing about my past life in bands, and rooting on the Cardinals, Blues, and Missouri Tigers. I live in the St. Louis area with my wife Megan and three children, Liam, Rose and Murphy.
