One pillar in my life has always stood firm. Regardless of what I did, I knew what my purpose was - to make a difference in the lives of others. Naturally, this core value led me to begin my professional career as a fundraiser in the nonprofit sector where I spent 7 years raising millions of dollars for critically-ill children and children with special needs.

My career trajectory shifted to the recruitment industry at the start of 2022. Before focusing my recruiting efforts in insurance, I was a top performer at a boutique agency that specializes in supporting VC and PE-backed technology companies. Now, as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Palladium Point, I connect top producers and sales leaders with leading insurance brokerages.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading professional development and fantasy books, improving on my golf game, and playing soccer (although, not quite at the level of my college days). I live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with my wife Elizabeth and two children, Weston and Walker.
